Our Story
Farmer Behind Brown Farms
Chandler Brown is the farmer behind Brown Farms. He took over the farm a few years ago from his grandpa, Poppa Brown. The farm in Newtonville, ON has been family owned for generations. Chandler is the fourth generation to own the farm! Poppa Brown used the farm to raise cattle and race horses. It is now used for hay and apples.
Beginnings
Brown Farms began in 2018 when Chandler ordered 10, 000 apple trees. Fast forward to May 2020, when friends and family gathered to plant those 10, 000 trees in a snowstorm.
Grand Opening
Brown Farms opened its doors on September 16, 2022. It has been wonderful to share our farm with the community!
